Something Helpful

posted by sspivack

Here is a website that has helped me out in both of Professor Delashment’s class. It has every kind of code that you would need and you can just copy and cut. And it actually works.

Cool A@@ Website

Even though this website doesn’t show us anything about coding or how to make this site. I thought it was really cool and it shows how you can use the internet in a new and very creative way.

Look at what you could make?!

So I thought this was pretty neat, shows how to make login/validation type boxes for the web. Not sure if anyone else will find this useful but hopefully!

A helpful website for coding!

I want to introduce a website called Code Player.
The Code Player is a great way to get a real sense of the ebbs and flows of coding (while learning stuff too). It’s kind of like being able to look over the shoulder of a programmer while she works.

The No-Limits Job

This article talks about college grads in their 20s within the creative industry and their recent experiences with jobs and internships. It gives some perspective to the situations we may face in the near future due to certain factors like our accessibility though the Internet and smart phones and the controversies that are arising within creative professions because of it.

Learning how to code

Code academy is an interactive and easy way of learning how to code not only websites but games and apps too. It sort of makes it into a game by giving you exercises to follow along with and ever time you submit the correct code, you gain points.

CSS Coding Shee

posted by cparkes

Here, I found an idex of terms used when coding on the web. I found this really helped me when I was trying to create a website in one of my other classes. It has some small examples of what some codes mean. It helped to better explain what all the shorts words stood for. It also helped me to remember certain notes.
