There are a lot of images using the slogan for this campaign, mostly showing people enjoying everyday life. I found that this campaign ran in 1958, and probably years before and after that as well. Budweiser has said that from the beginning it has always been very sports and humor oriented. Typically, the target audience are “loyal, younger men”. Account planning for Budweiser has shown that consumers typically drink the brand mostly at home while watching sports. The brand positions itself as a “buddy to watch the game with”.
